Take a cab, Uber, or Lyft ride home from the Equality Wine & Food Fest instead of getting back behind the wheel, and Walter Clark Legal Group will reimburse you for making the right choice.
How does it work?
Walter Clark Legal Group is offering reimbursement of Uber, Lyft, and cab fare for one-way rides home taken from Equality Wine Festival at Margaritaville Resort in Palm Springs, CA, to a residence or hotel in the Coachella Valley desert cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indio, or Coachella between 1:00 PM PST on Saturday, July 1, 2023, and 3:00 AM PST on Sunday, July 2, 2023.
To be eligible for reimbursement, you MUST REGISTER for a free Reimbursement Coupon on Eventbrite. You will receive an email confirming your free Reimbursement Coupon. After the Equality Wine Festival, registered participants will be emailed instructions detailing how to apply for their reimbursement. Reimbursement checks will be mailed to a participant's place of residence.
Additional Program Rules:
- Reimbursement coupon is valid only for a single one-way ride from Equality Wine Festival at Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs to a safe destination (a hotel or residence).
- Only valid for cab, Uber, or Lyft rides taken between 1:00 PM PST on Saturday, July 1, 2023, and 3:00 AM PST on Sunday, July 2, 2023.
- Rides must be taken within the Coachella Valley cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Bermuda Dunes, Indio, and Coachella.
- Valid for a maximum fare of $50.00.
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
- Limit 1 reimbursement per household.
