Yes. No one under the age of 21 (ID required) is permitted to attend EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL. We urge all adults to consume alcoholic products responsibly, as your tasting experience will be more pleasurable and will ensure the safety of you and others.

Your General Admission ticket includes:

• Entrance to the EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL, including wine tastes, gourmet food samples, retail pop-up shops, and silent auction items.
• Souvenir Program Book.
• Wine and food samplings from 1pm to 4pm.
• Opportunity to meet and speak with winemakers, chefs, and other industry professionals.

Your VIP Admission ticket includes:

• All General Admission perks, plus:
• Early Entry into the Festival at 12pm (one hour early than GA) and access to all the wine and food tastings. 
• VIP goodie bag.
• invite to exclusive VIP/Vendor/Media Reception Friday night 

Yes. The tickets are based on unique bar codes not the name on the ticket. please be sure that every member of your party is in possession of their ticket (paper or electronic) when checking in. PLEASE NOTE: once your ticket has been scanned and you have entered the EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FEST, there is no reentry if you exit the building.  

Outside food or beverages of any kind are not allowed inside the festival. 

The EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL is and indoor event. No pets are allowed inside the festival (except registered service dogs).

Smoking is not allowed inside any of the buildings at Hyatt Palm Springs, patios, or at the pools. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. These are located outside and more than 25 feet from the hotel buildings.  

No. Their will be plentiful delicious tastings of the freshest and finest local fare provided by a variety of local food vendors.

Yes. Their is ample FREE street and structure parking behind the hotel and underground. Valet parking is also available for a fee. 

Yes. There will be a variety of local vendors selling unique products, and also EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FEST gear.
