Yes. No one under the age of 21 (ID required) is permitted to attend EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL. We urge all adults to consume alcoholic products responsibly, as your tasting experience will be more pleasurable and will ensure the safety of you and others.

Your General Admission ticket includes:

• Entrance to the EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL, including retail pop-up shops, artist showcase, and silent auction.
• Souvenir Wine Glass and Program Book.
• Unlimited wine and food samplings.
• Opportunity to meet and speak with winemakers, chefs, and other industry professionals.
• Celebrity Chef demonstrations, winemaker talks, and guest speakers. 

Your VIP Admission ticket includes:

• All General Admission perks, plus:
• One (1) hour early entry into the festival and early access to all the tastings. 
• VIP only tasting.
• VIP goodie bag.
• PRIORITY SEATING at all celebrity chef demonstrations, and winemaker talks.

Yes. The tickets are based on unique bar codes not the name on the ticket. please be sure that every member of your party is in possession of their ticket (paper or electronic) when checking in. PLEASE NOTE: once your ticket has been scanned and you have entered the EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FEST, there is no reentry if you exit the building.  

Outside food or beverages of any kind are not allowed inside the festival. 

The EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FESTIVAL is and indoor event. No pets are allowed inside the festival (except registered service dogs).

Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings at Margaritaville Resort, guestrooms, patios, or at the pools. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. These are located outside and more than 25 feet from the resort buildings.  

Yes. In addition to the delicious tastings of the freshest and finest local fare provided by a variety of local food vendors, there will be food for purchase at the festival.

Yes. There will be cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, winemaker talks, and guest speakers on the main stage throughout the day.

While there are valet ($18 fee charged by the resort) and self-parking options available at Margaritaville Resort, we suggest guests maximize the use of Uber and Lyft.  

Yes. With your ticket, you will receive a souvenir wine glass and program book. Additionally, we will have a variety of local vendors selling unique products, and also EQUALITY WINE & FOOD FEST gear.
